Pet Taxi
Our pet taxi services offer a convenient and reliable solution for our paw-rents, addressing transportation challenges and ensuring that pets can access necessary services and appointments without causing stress or inconvenience.
Pet Taxi Drop-off or Pick-up from home From $25 each way ($20 for each additional pet)
Pet Taxi from our facility to participating vet From $50 return ($20 for each additional pet)
Pet Taxi to other vets From $40 each way ($20 for each additional pet)
- Please note our Pet Taxi service operates from Monday-Friday nights and Weekends only, contact our customer services to book in advance. We will always contact you before confirming all reservation details and let you know our driver’s ETA.
- Our transportation arrangements are meticulously prearranged, and as such, upon the driver's arrival, they will make a minimum of three phone calls and wait for 5 minutes. We respectfully request all pet owners to be attentive to incoming calls and promptly deliver their dogs to the driver. In the event of a failure to promptly meet with the driver, they will proceed with their departure. Should a subsequent transportation arrangement be required, additional charges for a second pick-up will be applicable.
- For the seamless transfer and reception of pets, owners/guardians must be present during the arrival of our drivers. Acknowledging the potential discomfort experienced by certain pets during travel, we kindly request that you refrain from feeding your pet before the scheduled collection. Upon their arrival at our facility, your pets will be provided with a nourishing meal. It is important to note that a similar practice is observed before the departure to prioritize your pet's well-being throughout the transit period. Kindly ensure the feeding of your pet upon their return home. Your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines is sincerely valued.
Grooming
Our services include a Hydrobath in warm water using professional shampoo and conditioner, followed by a blow dry. We also provide nail clipping, ear cleaning, anal gland expression, de-matting, de-shedding, and a basic brush for all pooches.
